Hello! Welcome to Boots Tees!
Thanks for stopping by my shop and spending some of your time here.
I started Boots Tees with the intention of having a place to show and sell my weird little art, but it's morphed into much more (although it's still a small operation that I run by myself). Everything you'll find in the shop is unique, so hopefully you'll find something that strikes your fancy. If you don't, feel free to contact me to let me know how disappointing this experience was for you. I won't mind, and I'll try to do better. :)

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days (all items are custom made on demand just for you).
SHIPPING TIME:
First Class: 2-6 postal days
Priority Mail: 1-3 postal days
International: 2-3 weeks
Shipping transit times may vary if USPS experiences delays. For international orders, it also depends on how long your item gets held in customs when it enters your country (usually a couple days, but in some cases will take a couple weeks).
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?
Domestic Shipping: $2.99 (FOR YOUR ENTIRE ORDER)
International Shipping: $10.99
NOTE: If you are receiving an international order, you are responsible for any extra fees your country might charge upon delivery, such as extra duties, taxes and customs clearance, and VAT fees. These are due upon delivery and must be paid by the recipient. These taxes are charged by your country of residence and unfortunately, they cannot be paid by the sender. If you live in a country who charges these fees, it's a good idea to check when and if these fees will incur before you place your order. Sometimes only shipments worth more than a specific dollar amount will be charged fees, so in some cases it might be best to order multiple items separately.
APPAREL SIZING & INFO:
SIZE CHARTS ARE LOCATED IN THE LISTING IMAGES
Please note, our women's tees run small. Be sure to measure first!
UNISEX TEES & SWEATSHIRTS:
These tees and sweatshirts use standard unisex sizing and look great on anyone who likes a relaxed fit.
WOMEN'S TEES:
These tees use standard JUNIOR'S sizing, which runs very SMALL compared to standard women's department store sizing. They have a feminine cut and shorter sleeves.
KIDS TEES:
These tees use standard youth sizing, which runs a bit short and wide.
RETURN POLICY:
If you've received an item other than what you've ordered, or if it arrives damaged, it will be replaced or refunded (your choice). Just send a message with a photo.
Missing Items: If your large order is missing an item, we'd be happy to replace it. Unfortunately, we cannot issue full order refunds for one missing item, as missing items are a bit tricky to prove.
Because our items are custom made on demand, we do not offer free returns or free exchanges for sizing issues or postal delays. Size charts are provided in each listing. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, we'll happily accommodate, but you'll be responsible for all shipping costs (for both the original shipping + return)*
* Returns are NOT available on Rushed Orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because our shirts are custom made on demand and the process starts quickly, we can only guarantee cancellations that are made within 1 hour of purchase. After that, please send us a message. We'll usually be able to accept the cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after your order has been made are subject to a $5/item restocking fee.
ABOUT BOOTS:
Hi! I'm Boots! I'm not really a unicorn. I'm an artist. I always just like to say,"I draw things." and I do. A few years ago, while I was working as a freelance graphic designer, I discovered the art of t-shirt design. I love it. There's nothing more satisfying than coming up with art that people want to wear on their chests. I've had my designs printed on various shirt sites around the web (Shirt.Woot, Goodjoe, and the like), and recently discovered that I could actually be making and selling these designs myself.
